What are some good nonfiction doujinshi, and are they available online/scanned?

Found it! Morphed the photo in GIMP and scanned the text using Google Lens and found his Twitter and latest issues.

Honestly the most impressive thing to me is that after all these years he's still making zines about the Sega SG-1000. Respect.

https://bbs10.fc2.com//bbs/img/_888300/888286/full/888286_1670498444.jpg Did the same for pic related. It's from the same documentary (https://archive.org/details/2015-09-18-72 btw). Had to do some morphing and transliteration this time. One thing that stood out to me is that it's also a nonfiction doujinshi - I was expecting a story with pre-existing media characters, but it seems to be another magazine based around a line of anthropomorphic figurines called Sylvanian Families. The art style looks very cute, but there's one problem: you can't read it.

For whatever reason, the artist seems to have no online presence outside a Circle.ms page and a private Twitter with under 50 followers (and this @ is advertised in the Comiket catalogue???). So, yep, no idea if it has some fictional stories or just news on the product line (which seems to be its main focus). Shame, I'd love to read it. However from its spot in the Comiket catalogue it seems to be mostly news with a manga thrown in and a guest corner. Pretty neat! But I still don't get why you'd advertise a small private Twitter for a magazine... I guess it's more a passion project and readership isn't really necessary (I mean it's been running for 14 years already).
